Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client concerns, develop personalized treatment plans, and continuously monitor progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, assisting clients during acute mental health episodes to ensure safety and stabilization.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning by working closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation and case notes using electronic health records, adhering to ethical practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n
