Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients to assess their mental health and provide therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ mental conditions, ensuring that goals are well-defined and aligned with clients’ needs.

• Encourage open discussions about emotions and life experiences, guiding clients toward gaining insights into their behaviors and relationships.

• Act as a dedicated client advocate, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship to empower clients in achieving their personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms for conducting remote therapy sessions.
