Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing synchronous live video to ensure effective communication and engagement with clients.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients, helping them to articulate their feelings and behaviors, thereby fostering self-awareness.

• Integrate automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics into treatment plans, maintaining a data-driven approach for patient care.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for adults dealing with a broad range of emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, coping with life transitions, and end-of-life planning.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000.
