Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing a range of behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Our telehealth model allows you to reach clients in need, regardless of geographical barriers, providing them with timely and effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A current active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
\n
• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
\n
• Ensured private space at home suitable for conducting confidential sessions.
\n
• Compliance with all background and regulatory requirements set forth for mental health professionals.
\n
• Solid understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses, demonstrating clinical expertise.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, including video communication and various internal platforms.

• A proven track record of working collaboratively with clients to achieve their mental health goals.

• Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• At least two years of independently licensed practice in clinical settings, showcasing your ability to operate autonomously.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
