Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing both in-person and telehealth formats to cater to clients’ preferences.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to accurately identify client needs and collaboratively design tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address various client objectives.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in clinical supervision, engaging in peer consultations and training to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Your role as an LPCC will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
