Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to each client's unique situations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and offer counseling to families and couples, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards while managing client information securely.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a guaranteed pay structure, you will have opportunities for annual increases and bonuses that reward your contributions to the organization’s success.
