Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, taking into account severity, frequency, and duration.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and valuable self-care techniques to foster holistic well-being.

• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on clients’ progress and feedback, ensuring positive outcomes throughout the therapy process.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals in a collaborative approach to provide comprehensive care to our clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to incorporate best practices into your clinical work.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience with a focus on mood disorder treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
