Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, managing various dynamics and therapeutic needs effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPCC) in the state of New Jersey.
