Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with clients who have experienced trauma, including but not limited to individuals diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and related mental health challenges. Your role will involve understanding their unique experiences and integrating culturally sensitive practices to ensure effective therapy. With a focus on trauma survivors, you will significantly contribute to their emotional and psychological recovery through personalized interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• 2+ years of post-licensure experience in a therapeutic setting preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders, including current trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
