Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing clinical tools and assessments tailored to maternal mental health.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, and family therapy, focusing on the unique challenges faced by parents and families.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date client records in our electronic health record system to ensure comprehensive documentation and compliance with regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide coordinated care for clients.

• Adhere to the highest ethical and legal standards while providing therapeutic services, ensuring client confidentiality and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on maternal health, working with clients who are experiencing mental health challenges related to pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. This may include addressing issues such as postpartum depression, anxiety disorders, and family dynamics following the arrival of a new member to the family. Your understanding of these specific client needs will be critical in delivering effective care that empowers and supports their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure in Texas as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant therapy experience, preferably in a mental health setting with a focus on maternal and postpartum issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and experience in the field.
