Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client’s specific mental health needs and goals, utilizing standardized tools and best practices.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each client’s aspirations, strengths, and challenges, adjusting plans as necessary based on progress.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness practices to individuals, couples, and families.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, updating treatment methodologies as required, and ensuring all records adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care; this may involve referrals to psychiatrists, nutritionists, or other specialists when needed.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment to continually refine your approach and enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals during the postpartum period, as well as their partners and families. This population may experience a range of mental health issues, such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. Your empathetic approach and specialized knowledge will be crucial in helping clients manage their mental wellness during a potentially tumultuous life stage.

Qualifications\n

• An advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Active licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• At least 2 years of direct therapy experience in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• A proven track record of working both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.

• A thorough understanding of evidence-based methodologies to treat mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
