Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual consultations, utilizing standardized assessment tools to evaluate client needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique circumstances, detailing specific therapeutic approaches tailored to their individual challenges.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to deliver integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s treatment plan are addressed.

• Educate clients’ families on mental health issues, fostering an environment of understanding and involvement crucial for the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any modifications to treatment plans in line with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid mental health professional license, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, while a Master's degree or doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology is preferred.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
