Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each student's mental health needs, followed by the development of customized, actionable treatment plans.

• Engage in collaborative goal setting with students and their families, continuously providing support, motivation, and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family systems therapy, depending on the needs and preferences of the student.

• Maintain meticulous, timely documentation of all therapy sessions, tracking client progress in accordance with state regulations and internal policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A current and active valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A graduate degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
