Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly within educational settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices relevant to youth mental health.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and deliver effective support.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a high level of ethical standards.
