Key Responsibilities\nAs a licensed mental health therapist in this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, focusing on the unique needs of each student. \n
- Delivering individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities designed to promote personal growth, coping skills, and resilience. \n
- Establishing and monitoring therapeutic goals to gauge client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. \n
- Providing teletherapy options to facilitate access for students facing logistical challenges in attending in-person sessions. \n
- Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation that meets ethical and professional standards. \n
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies. \n
The primary client base in this role will consist of K-12 students dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to students and families with empathy and compassion. \n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a busy caseload effectively. \n
While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in school settings or with child and adolescent populations. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling techniques is also advantageous, as it allows for seamless delivery of services to students from various backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits\nThis position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and relevant experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes:
