Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for students to accurately identify their mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans with measurable goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services in individual, group, and family settings, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address each student's unique concerns.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school staff, case managers, and other relevant professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to student care.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques for students experiencing acute distress or emergencies, providing immediate support with compassion and expertise.

• Engage in awareness and education initiatives within the school community to promote mental health understanding and reduce stigma, helping to create a culture of openness around mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of students from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges that affect their academic performance and overall well-being. This role entails understanding the diverse cultural, emotional, and social factors influencing these students, as you'll be responsible for creating an inclusive environment where they feel safe to express their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A completed master's degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and their families from diverse backgrounds and effectively facilitate therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
