Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students, adolescents, and their families to understand their unique needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and evidence-based practices.

• Providing high-quality counseling interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, tailored to address specific challenges faced by our clients.

• Regularly documenting assessment results, treatment progress, and modifications to care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams during patient rounds.

• Managing case responsibilities by consulting with school staff and community resources to ensure coordinated care for your assigned patients.

• Maintaining compliance with ethical standards and timely completion of documentation in line with departmental protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents, addressing varying mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic role.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
