Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify their specific needs and challenges.

• Provide one-on-one teletherapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches to facilitate progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a school-based population, working with students who present a broad spectrum of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving not only their mental health but also their academic performance and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to maintain effective case management.

• No prior disciplinary actions on board.
