Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that accurately identify students' psychological needs and help develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing therapeutic approaches that range from cognitive-behavioral therapy to family systems therapy based on client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be students of various ages who are facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish trust and foster effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exhibit cultural competence and an appreciation for diversity, which are essential for working successfully with varied populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
