Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to ascertain the specific mental health needs of each student, ensuring that individualized treatment plans are both effective and actionable.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and play therapy tailored for children and adolescents.

• Work collaboratively with school staff, case managers, and external mental health professionals to implement coordinated care strategies that cater to the unique needs of students.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to students who experience acute distress or emergency situations, demonstrating expert judgment and compassion.

Qualifications\n
