Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake evaluations to understand each client’s unique mental health concerns, history, and goals, laying the groundwork for tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of each client, whether it’s cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or other therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with clients to set clear, achievable therapeutic goals, checking in regularly to monitor their progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual engagement or face barriers to in-person services, ensuring consistent access to support and intervention.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation adherent to ethical standards, reflecting ongoing client progress and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops and seeking supervision, to enhance your clinical capabilities and stay updated with emerging best practices in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Arizona, including but not limited to: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
