Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status and needs.

• Craft individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions via telehealth, employing both individual and group modalities to best serve clients.

• Provide clients with coping strategies, resources, and referrals to specialists such as psychiatrists when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure effective collaboration within the multidisciplinary team.

• Engage in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your role is crucial in providing culturally competent care, understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each patient to tailor approaches that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice in the state of Arizona, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a focus on cultural sensitivity.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy that is inclusive and responsive to the cultural needs of clients.

• Strong crisis management skills, with the ability to remain composed in difficult situations.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
