Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting supportive individual therapy sessions for clients, leveraging telehealth platforms under the supervision of a nurse.

• Monitoring and recording patient progress, ensuring accurate documentation according to departmental standards.

• Assisting patients in setting and achieving their treatment goals, advocating for additional services when necessary.

• Educating patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources.

• Providing emergency support when needed, remaining adaptable and responsive to each patient's needs.

You will work with a varied clientele seeking assistance with a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) issued by the state board; applicants with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of effective therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a warm and empathetic nature conducive to a therapeutic setting.

• Strong proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
