Utilizing modern telehealth platforms, you will engage with clients for therapy sessions that can be conducted from the comfort of their homes, as well as from our outpatient office when required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and therapeutic goals of each client.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans and strategies in response to their evolving needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients as required, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Collaborate actively with a diverse team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of clients’ health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including those with a history of significant life transitions or trauma. Your role as a therapist will not only focus on treatment but also on promoting their overall well-being and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current, valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
