Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Recalibrating Life Counseling Services, you will:

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students' mental wellness needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing secure virtual platforms, tailoring your approach to meet each student's needs and preferences.

• Work collaboratively with students to establish therapeutic goals and provide regular support, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and empowered.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to effectively address the challenges students face.

• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of each session, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students in a school setting, addressing issues that range from anxiety and depression to social challenges and adjustment disorders. Your role is crucial in helping these young individuals develop coping strategies and resilience in the face of academic and social pressures.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with students and their families.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards students' experiences, effectively addressing their unique challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
