Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention strategies to support students facing various emotional and psychological challenges.

• Collaborating with campus stakeholders, including academic advisors and student organizations, to establish a holistic support system for student well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students who are navigating the challenges of academic life, including stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A clear understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by college and high school students.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and collaborate effectively with a diverse campus community.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and short-term therapy modalities tailored for a school counseling environment.
