Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, collecting detailed histories and identifying patients' needs based on presenting issues, psychosocial factors, and risk assessments.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on a range of strategies to facilitate positive mental health outcomes and enhance emotional skills.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed methods tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting personal growth, resilience, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies.

• Work closely with fellow mental health providers, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring each client’s treatment aligns with best practices and holistic principles.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to address mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation tactics and determining appropriate referrals for higher care if necessary.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and local resources, fostering a better understanding of mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with legal and ethical record-keeping standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
