Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your responsibilities will encompass a range of clinical tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and Panoramic Healing & Wellness’s standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.

• Providing education to clients and their families, helping them understand the treatment process and identifying available community resources for additional support.

• Staying informed about the latest research in mental health to continually refine treatment approaches and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
