Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' specific mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions employing a range of methodologies tailored to individuals, families, and groups; staying informed on the latest therapeutic approaches for optimal client outcomes.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with case managers and psychiatrists, ensuring that holistic care is consistently implemented.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and compassionate listening to guide them through emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach programs to enhance mental health literacy, dismantle stigma, and connect with potential clients seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will serve clients from a variety of backgrounds, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and systemic adversity. By interacting with a population that is culturally rich and diverse, therapists will deepen their cultural competence and sensitivity, ensuring that every client receives respectful, quality care tailored to their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) credential.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and compassionately, building strong therapeutic relationships with diverse clientele.

• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage caseloads, documentation, and collaboration efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing telehealth services is preferred, ensuring a seamless transition in working with clients remotely.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
