Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and treatment requirements.

• Craft detailed and personalized treatment plans that address addiction as well as any concurrent mental health issues, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual’s unique situation.

• Facilitate effective individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support and motivate clients.
