Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to fit the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records, ensuring all patient information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Engage actively with a collaborative treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
