The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment\n

This role supports remote work via our telehealth platform, enabling us to reach clients in a flexible and efficient manner. Working hours are typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs and appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into patients' backgrounds and challenges, developing individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to meet the diverse needs of your clientele.

• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing telehealth tools to effectively communicate and support clients in navigating their mental health concerns.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on available treatment options, mental health conditions, and community resources that can facilitate their healing journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation, adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
