Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, guiding them towards appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
\n
• Create, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and progress, ensuring collaborative efforts across the treatment team.
\n
• Convene with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that enhance community support among clients.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary, responding promptly to clients in distress.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate representation of client progress and interactions.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele who are seeking support for mental health and substance use issues. Many clients may face challenges related to trauma, anxiety, and depression, directly impacting their overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
