Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote and operates within a telehealth framework, allowing you to connect with clients through video conferencing and secure messaging via our Simple Practice platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients to determine mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, leveraging appropriate therapeutic modalities.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy through secure virtual sessions using our telehealth platform.

• Engage in continuous communication with clients to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and address any emerging issues.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately in the Simple Practice system to ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss clinical cases and receive support from colleagues.

• Maintain licensure and stay current on developments in mental health practices through ongoing education and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client base, including individuals, teens, and couples facing a variety of mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma, you will provide compassionate support tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.

• Strong skills in treatment planning and individualizing therapeutic approaches for different client demographics.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and understanding through digital mediums.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and conducting virtual appointments is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Other benefits include consistent client referrals to help you build a full clinical caseload within your first month, as well as no overhead costs—therapists incur zero fees while practicing with us.
