Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose and understand patients' unique challenges, bonding over the nuances of their experiences.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing inclusive strategies that promote resilience, coping skills, and emotional well-being.

• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic, integrated care that optimizes patient outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to empower them in their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.

• Engage actively in team case conferences and professional development meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and cultural competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on delivering care to a diverse patient population, including those from various racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals and immigrants. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, with a proven ability to apply evidence-based treatment approaches that incorporate cultural competence.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy that connects deeply with diverse populations.

• Proficiency in handling crisis situations with a calm and effective approach.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that foster rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
