Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and secure patient records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, discussing case details and client progress, to provide holistic, integrated care tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Participate in case consultations and peer supervision meetings regularly, enhancing the quality of care provided while staying informed on the latest developments in mental health treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about treatment options, mental health conditions, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
