Our work setting is entirely remote, utilizing advanced telehealth technology to connect therapists with clients. This flexible framework allows our therapists to manage their schedules within a standard workweek of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some potential flexibility to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients’ unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring they are personalized to each patient's cultural context and individual requirements.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on addressing mental health challenges and fostering resilience.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, effective treatments, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed choices.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings, contributing to discussions around patient care and attendance in cultural competency training.

• Keep abreast of current research and best practices within the mental health field, particularly relating to cultural considerations and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, especially as they relate to cultural competence.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy with an emphasis on inclusive practices.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, along with a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology applications.

• Commitment to adhering to professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality, and establishing appropriate boundaries.

• Ability to effectively collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and innovations for patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly in diverse community settings.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery is highly beneficial, as well as familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
