Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional work-life balance. Operating during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you'll have the opportunity to connect with clients in a familiar and comfortable environment, utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technology.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' symptoms, including the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders.

• Collaboratively formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs, preferences, and treatment goals.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide effective interventions for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance understanding and engagement in their mental health journey.
\n
• Monitor client progress over the course of treatment, adjusting plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all clients.
\n
• Remain updated on current research and best practices in the treatment of mood disorders to continuously enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain organized, confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting the de-stigmatization of mood disorders and ensuring their mental health needs are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with individuals experiencing various mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our diverse clientele includes youths and adults from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and experiences that require a tailored therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is required.
\n
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, specifically CBT and DBT.
\n
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists and medical professionals.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

We highly value candidates with a demonstrated history of delivering successful therapeutic outcomes in treating mood disorders. Additional certifications or specialized training in advanced therapeutic techniques or related areas are advantageous and would enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
