Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history and mental health status.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and underlying mental health conditions.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and wellness coaches, to ensure cohesive and integrated client care.

• Educate clients and their families on the recovery process and strategies to support their loved ones during treatment.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies to ensure the best client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Immediate Cure, you will work primarily with individuals facing substance use disorders, along with co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. This role requires a compassionate approach, as you guide clients through their recovery journeys, helping them develop coping strategies and skills to build fulfilling lives free from substance use.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
