The work schedule primarily spans from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to adapt to the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and existing patients to clearly identify their psychological needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and patient goals.

• Implement and deliver various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at providing education and fostering a sense of community among patients.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support patients in mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions in line with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and the application of appropriate therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

• Ability to provide individual and group therapy to a wide array of patient demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
