Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize specialized approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and refine integrated, client-centered treatment plans.

• Engage in crisis intervention practices, performing risk assessments and safety planning to manage acute psychological disturbances.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation programs, and peer support groups to enhance community and therapeutic relationships.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress in adherence to all relevant ethical and legal regulations.
