Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the social, emotional, and psychological needs of students and their families.

• Provide tailored individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to foster resilience and coping skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a School-Based Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with children and adolescents who face various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role is crucial in identifying the unique needs of each student, providing appropriate interventions, and fostering a safe environment where students feel supported and empowered to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
