Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations of students to identify mental health needs and social challenges affecting their academic performance.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students dealing with various mental health issues, including stress management, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate family meetings to discuss students' progress, incorporating parents' insights and advocating for their involvement in the care process.

• Coordinate with external agencies and community resources to enhance support for students’ needs, ensuring seamless access to services such as tutoring, mentorship, and crisis interventions.

• Maintain accurate records of student assessments, treatment plans, and progress progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and school policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• Strong understanding of social work methodologies, child and adolescent development, and effective counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
