Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that analyze clients' mental health needs, including their strengths and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to provide individual, family, and group therapy.

• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific mental health challenges and goals.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with teachers, school administrators, and parents to facilitate comprehensive, coordinated support for students.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at equipping students with vital coping skills.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation complying with professional, ethical, and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clients you will serve are students ranging from preschool to high school age, each presenting with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will assist in creating a supportive environment that enhances students’ academic performance and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
