Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of students to identify their unique mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy services using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and best practices in documentation.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including school psychologists, educators, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and support for students.

• Leading case consultations and contributing to peer review meetings to enhance clinical practices and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents who are facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
