Work Environment\n

This position allows for a fully remote work setting, providing flexibility in your daily schedule. Although you will primarily work from home, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, will be essential. You may also participate in virtual meetings with school personnel to ensure comprehensive care for students.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique mental health concerns and strengths.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop and take the lead on individualized treatment plans, tailored to fit the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Work collaboratively with a treatment team to coordinate care and optimize outcomes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the treatment process.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning for students experiencing severe distress.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to provide additional support and resources to clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents within a school environment, addressing their diverse mental health needs. You will engage with students experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including behavioral issues, emotional difficulties, and social complications. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
