Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the client’s age and needs.

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and school staff, to develop strategies that promote student well-being and academic success.

• Record and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to stay on top of current mental health research and practices.

Your primary focus will include working with students from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may be facing significant life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
