Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges while building trusting relationships.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement detailed, client-centered treatment plans with measurable goals, ensuring that interventions are tailored to each individual's unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic care that aligns with best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
