Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Bright Sky, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Providing crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed to support at-risk individuals.
\n
• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely, in compliance with ethical and legal standards, to maintain continuity of care.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community connections and shared experiences among clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
