Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to form well-informed treatment strategies.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, adapted to each individual's circumstances.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly track their progress, making modifications to treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize our telehealth platform to deliver remote therapy services for clients with accessibility challenges or those opting for virtual sessions.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
